Description
The title of this piece is Pokerface — and it earns every letter. A coyote with striking, real-world-rare blue eyes holds the gaze from the left of the composition while the same creature’s skull fills the right, the Ace of Hearts suspended between living and dead. Behind them both, a darker ornate playing card overlaps in swirls of deep violet smoke — and the word “Pokerface” hides in that smoke if you know to look. This original colored pencil artwork by Painted Coyote Creations is about survival: the face you keep, the card you don’t show, the persona you wear long enough to reach somewhere real. On a 1.25″ pine float frame with matte canvas finish, the rich purples, warm ochres of the coyote’s coat, and the stark whites of the skull hold visual weight without a trace of glare. Includes soft rubber-dot stabilizers and back hanging hardware for a clean, gallery-ready install.
Care instructions
– If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.
