How long does it take to carve an art piece?
Every art piece is different from tiny stud earrings to massive skull clocks. On average, smaller complex pieces are a couple of hours; larger pieces are often several more but each piece is different and therefore there is no guaranteed time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please go here: Refund and Return Policy for our policy regarding art.
All other inquires should be sent to [email protected].
What type of materials do you use?
We prefer to use natural materials for much of our work. There are certain exceptions such as metals, extra parts including electrical wiring, and more that we make exceptions to in order to make certain art pieces more functional or stand out.
Are your materials ethically-sourced?
We strive to ensure any natural materials we invest in are ethically-sourced. Any material we do purchase is often researched beforehand as well.
Our animal parts (bones, sinew, etc) come from a variety of locations including locally and from online stores. Many of our animal materials come from the trapping, hunting, and agricultural industry. They are often byproducts that people do not want to see wasted and give us the opportunity to tell a different story.
Do you know someone who sells ethically-sourced natural materials such as shells, bone, or other items? Feel free to have them reach out to us at: [email protected]
Where is your art made?
All of our art pieces are made in the United States of America.
Do you sell or ship internationally?
No. At this time we explicitly sell and ship within the United States.
Can you adjust jewelry if it’s too big or small for a customer?
If you’d like a jewelry piece but know it won’t fit you have two options: You can purchase that piece and contact us about it to have it resized or contact us about a custom order. If you want a piece resized there will be a $10 resizing fee and some beads may need to be removed if the jewelry shrinks. If you choose to do a custom order you will be able to create a piece of jewelry that will fit you and you will be able to choose what you’d like on it.
What types of custom orders can you make?
You can choose from the categories we have for our products, or feel free to contact us about a custom order and together we may be able to create something completely different.
