Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days, after receiving your item according to the tracking number we include, to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify via e-mail you provide during the start of the return transaction. You are required to repackage the item in its original packing material and its original package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving confirmation to return the item will not be accepted.
Note: All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and therefore at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive the product we will inspect it. If it is approved after inspection then we will issue a full refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If we receive a return and the product arrives to us damaged you will be notified, photos will be provided, and you will not receive a refund to cover the damage and any possible repairs.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you received an item that is defective or broken by the carrier we will accept a return within 7 days of the date it was received.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] with proof of damage or defect in the form of photos and a description. This includes photos of the product and package it arrived in.
These situations are handled on a case by case basis. This means that we cannot offer an overall solution and therefore deal with each damaged/defective product individually. Solutions offered vary by if a refund is applicable, whether or not the product be returned to us, and so forth.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
As art pieces are one of a kind they cannot be exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you as long as we receive it in good condition and in its original packaging.
The return policy stated above applies to gifted items as well and the customer returning the gift is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. You will be held responsible for repackaging the returned product and will not receive a refund if it arrives to us damaged.
